Syrah in the Northern Rhône style is the focus here, sold under the Tamboerskloof label. Tastings are by booking only, and there's also a private Syrah tasting in the cellar and a guided farm walk that ends with a seated meal. Gerard and Libby de Villiers run this family farm in the Upper Blaauwklippen Valley, which also grows olives for its own oil.
